Devil’s Rock aka K14, Imouran (All Levels)
📍 Distance from Wave Chaser: ~5 minutes drive
A favorite for both beginners and intermediates, Devil’s Rock offers fun, mellow waves that roll in gently, making it a great place to build confidence. This sandy-bottom break works on all tides, but the best conditions come at mid to high tide when the waves are clean and glassy. The takeoff is soft, making it easy to paddle into, and the waves offer both lefts and rights, so there’s something for every kind of surfer.
The spot got its name from a large rock formation on the shore that some say resembles a devil’s face. But don’t let the name fool you—this is one of the friendliest surf spots in Morocco. The area is also home to a relaxed beach vibe, with local cafés like Chez Brahim offering post-surf refreshments just a short walk away.
Devil’s Rock is where I caught my first real wave. It’s perfect for learning, but on the right swell, it can also be a lot of fun for experienced surfers looking for a playful session.
